• Hate speech, racism, or content promoting discrimination
• Content infringing on third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Spam or unsolicited advertising not related to art

MODERATION

The One Million Gallery reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without refund. Purchases are final and non-refundable once the artwork has been placed on the canvas.

YOUR CONTENT

By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. You retain copyright of your artwork. You grant The One Million Gallery a permanent license to display the image on the canvas.

PERMANENCE

Pixel placements are permanent. Your artwork will remain on the canvas indefinitely, as long as it complies with these terms.

Die Inhalte auf der Galerie werden von Dritten (Käufern) bereitgestellt. Der Betreiber übernimmt keine Haftung für die hochgeladenen Inhalte. Bei Kenntnis von Rechtsverstößen werden Inhalte umgehend entfernt.
